The control panel is straightforward, and I was able to find most settings without much trouble. I did spend a little time hunting around for the backups section, which was a bit annoying, but overall it’s been easy to manage my server. i kind of regret not switching to this sooner.

I’ve been using Godlike Host for a small Minecraft server with some friends, and it’s been sorta solid overall. Getting everything set up was easy, and the server runs smooth most of the time. We did have one lag spike issue, but support got back to me and helped sort it out. It’s not perfect, but for the price, I’m happy with it.

I had a rough time trying to use FTP and access my files. Uploads would either fail halfway through or just freeze, and the file manager felt clunky and annoying to deal with. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really explain what was going on or help much. it left me wondering if some basic features were being limited unless I paid for something extra, because it definitely didn’t feel straightforward. Not really what I was expecting.

I was hoping the DDoS protection would do its job, especially since I’d set everything up ahead of time and was feeling good about it. But when things actually got hit, it didn’t hold up very well. I ended up sitting there watching the issue unfold longer than I expected, which was frustrating because I’d literally just had coffee and planned to spend the morning on other work. Overall, it just let me down when I needed it most.

I’m giving it 4 stars because support did take a bit to get back to me, but overall I’m really happy with it

I really wanted to like godlike.host, but the uptime was frustrating. My server went down a few times while my friends and I were playing, which got old fast. Support did reply, so I’ll give them that, but the issue kept happening. It’s not the worst hosting I’ve used, but I don’t really want to take chances with a server I rely on, so I’ll probably look for something more stable.

I don’t know, something about this just didn’t feel trustworthy to me. I looked at the reviews and the overall reputation and that was enough for me to stay away.

I’m not sure if I was missing something, but getting the plugins installed was way more frustrating than I expected. I messed with it for a while and just couldn’t get it working right.

I was in a hopeful mood when I signed up, but after using it for a bit, I just couldn’t justify the monthly price. It didn’t feel like I was getting enough value for what I was paying, so it ended up being way too pricey for me.

Support did eventually help me get my server sorted out, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the replies were slow, and I had to explain the same issue more than once, which felt like extra work on my end when I was already trying to fix a problem. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth or quick as I hoped

I reached out on Discord hoping to get some help, but... yeah, not much happened. I was either ignored or sent from one person to another for days, and it just got really frustrating.

The backups themselves seem to work decently, so I don’t really have complaints there. But when I actually had to restore something, it took longer than I expected, which was annoying. Overall it gets the job done, just not as smoothly as I’d hoped.

From my side, support was really helpful with the migration and didn’t make me feel bad for asking a bunch of basic questions. They got back to me quickly most of the time. The whole thing took a little longer than I personally hoped, so I’m giving it 4 stars, but in the end everything worked and nothing important got lost. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience.

The rules weren’t super clear to me, and support took a while to get back. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience either

I started using godlike.host for my game server and didn’t expect to think much about the security side, but it’s been a nice surprise. The DDoS protection kicked in when we had some weird traffic spikes, and having 2FA available makes me feel a lot better about keeping the server locked down.

I’ll admit, I half expected the billing to be confusing, but Godlike Host has been clear so far. The prices matched what I signed up for, and I haven’t had any random extra charges show up, which is more than I can say for some other services.

I’m still giving it 4 stars because the renewal reminder could stand out a bit more. It was there, so I can’t really complain too much, but I almost missed it. Aside from that, payments have been smooth enough

Like I said, the ping kept spiking all the time and the latency felt really inconsistent. I tried playing through it, but it just wasn’t smooth at all. Like I said, it made the whole experience frustrating.
